👀 Some Frameworks and Tips
</aside>
- Me-We-Us Framework allows all voice to be heard and weeds out the Highest Paid Persons Opinion (HIPPO) effect. (Solves for diverse perspectives/inclusivity/brave space and more)
- Bumpers for your session (some people call them Rules or Rules of engagement -- we just called these bumpers :) - they are your guides.) (Allows for brave space and space for creativity and helps gather quantity)
- Number of participants 3-7 is a sweet spot (more than 7 gets tough) -- (helps create a brave and inclusive space where people don't feel like a number)
- 1:1s with participants before hand (helps to set expectations and get people excited about the session)
- Pre gathering some thoughts as a starting point (accompany with video and get people bring their enthusiasm from the beginning)
